    Dance On

    The Dance On Ensemble showcases the artistic excellence of dancers over 40. Amidst public debates about ageing societies and demographic transition, the Dance On initiative highlights the value of age in society and shows that age is no handicap – not even in dance.

    Dance On Pass On Dream On

    Dance On, Pass On, Dream On is a large-scale cooperation project funded for four years by the Creative Europe Programme of the European Union.

    In the cooperation project eleven renowned dance institutions in ten European countries address ageism in the dance sector and in society. With Bureau Ritter as lead partner, Dance On and the Dance On Ensemble are at the very heart of this European collaboration.

    Tanzfonds Erbe

    From 2011 to 2019, Tanzfonds Erbe supported projects that engaged with the cultural heritage of dance in Germany. A total of 60 projects all over Germany received funding, enabling artists to research the significance of dance history today from a range of unique perspectives and using a wide variety of formats, from films to websites, symposia and stage productions. These works now continue to make dance history as a publicly available digital dance archive.
